“Through my work I celebrate individuality within integrated community. For I believe the future of society and democracy lies in the notion that in order to be part of something bigger we do no longer need to sacrifice parts of ourselves. A single large truth does not have to mean the sacrifice of smaller truths. We as a species could evolve and expand our nervous systems so that it would be able to hold several truths simultaneously. By doing so we could aquire strong empathy within clear personal boundaries and therefore without any codependent tendency. That, in my opinion is what integrated community could look and feel like.”
